I am a fixer.
I was born into a family that needed fixing.
I have tried valiently to fix every man with whom I have had a relationship. I chose a career where fixing is valued. For me, fixing is everything.
Then, when I reached the darkest point in my life, I discovered that I needed help desperately. But the life-long fixer had never learned how to ask for help, or even accept it when it was offered.
Sadly, and too late, I realized I could not fix myself.

I would like to advance order my copy of "Life Lessons from a Junkyard Dog."
